A Community on the Rise
Timberwood Apartments has been part of South Oklahoma City’s Capitol Hill area for years, a familiar community on South Walker Avenue, close to downtown and rooted in one of the city’s most established neighborhoods.
Today, under Cresta Residential, Timberwood is being renovated from the inside out. All 128 homes are getting new flooring, refreshed kitchens and baths, modern fixtures, and in-home washer and dryer hookups, and the work continues across the buildings and grounds. The community keeps improving month after month.
What stays the same is the value. Timberwood is still one of the most affordable renovated communities in South OKC, a real home base for working families and anyone who wants more for their rent. Our on-site management and maintenance team is here to make day-to-day living easier, and we are glad to help in English or Spanish.
