Timberwood offers three renovated floor plans: a studio (Plan A, 515 sq ft, starting at $745), a one-bedroom (Plan B, 637 sq ft, starting at $840), and a two-bedroom (Plan C, 848 sq ft, starting at $920). Yes. All 128 apartment homes are being renovated with new flooring, updated kitchens and bathrooms, modern lighting and fixtures, and washer and dryer hookups. Community renovations are currently ongoing.

Each renovated home includes a refreshed kitchen and bathroom, new plank flooring, updated cabinets and countertops, energy-saving appliances, ceiling fans, window blinds, central heating and air conditioning, and washer and dryer hookups.

The application fee is $50 per applicant, and there is a one-time administrative fee of $350 due at move-in.

We don’t require a security deposit, but a risk fee may be required depending on rental or credit history.

Timberwood is pet friendly. There is a one-time pet fee of $300 and monthly pet rent of $15, with a two-pet maximum. Breed and weight restrictions apply.
